Mr. Summa is a founding partner of Technical Toolboxes, Inc.. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience of high technology software products and systems. His last position as Vice President of international sales and marketing for Scientific Software - Intercomp, Ltd. lasted over 8 years where he increased sales over 800%. Mr. Summa began his career with Procter & Gamble where he held various positions in engineering and sales and marketing prior to his departure as product manager. Mr. Summa is a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force, Strategic Air Command, as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile officer.
Mr. Summa holds both a BS and MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, and an MBA from the University of Missouri. He also serves as a director of TechCORR, Inc., an international pipeline corrosion service company, as well as Chairman of the Board for Technical Toolboxes Canada, Ltd., a web-based software development company in Calgary, Canada.

Edward L. Kainer

Mr. Kainer is a founding partner of Technical Toolboxes Inc.. He has oversight responsibility for all corporate operational matters and manages the TTL product sales and marketing team. Mr. Kainer has over 25 years of operational management experience with information technology and consulting firms. His experience includes management of systems integration, software product development, and business process re-engineering with start-up and established firms including Network Solutions.
Mr. Kainer is a graduate of Texas A & M University with an MS degree in Computer Systems. He is also a Navy veteran, having served 20 years as a Navy pilot and computer systems manager, retiring with the rank of Commander.

Nedzad Demirovic

Mr. Demirovic is a founding partner of Technical Toolboxes, Inc. and has served as Chief Technical Officer since 1996. At Technical Toolboxes, he has managed and directed all engineering and software development activities since inception. Mr. Demirovic has extensive industry experience in pipeline design, engineering and operation. He also presided over his own engineering firm for over 8 years in Europe and has developed and integrated numerous energy related software systems. He is the Architect of the Pipeline Toolbox suite of software products.
Mr. Demirovic is also a Certified Professional Engineer.
