How do I register and unlock the RSTRENG program?
Answer: To register/unlock the program, the user must send the 8-digit serial number present on the initial RSTRENG screen to info@ttoolboxes.com, or call Technical Toolboxes at 713-630-0505 to receive an unlock code.
Q2: RSTRENG will not run under Windows 2000

Answer:You need to upgrade to RSTRENG V3.0, which corrects this problem
Q4: How do I copy/paste corrosion data from a spreadsheet into the RSTRENG program?
Answer:You must have RSTRENG V3.0 and follow these steps:
- STEP 1: Start new project in RSTRENG and enter information on location and pipe characteristics
- STEP 2: Save the information and minimize the RSTRENG screen.
- STEP 3: Open your 2-column spreadsheet in the same format as on the RSTRENG screen and "Edit\Copy" the data in Excel.
- STEP 4: Maximize RSTRENG and select "Paste" button on RSTRENG screen. Then proceed with your calculation
Q5: If I install a newer version of RSTRENG into the same folder where an older version of RSTRENG resides, will I lose any data?
Answer: Before installation please save the old file RSTRENG.MDB in a different directory to preserve your old corrosion data. You can copy back the RSTRENG.MDB into the RSTRENG folder after installation is complete and your old data will be available to use with the new version.
