Product Updates
Traditionally, each product has one major release annually with most products having an additional one to two minor releases per year. Product update reports and new release CDs are automatically sent to customers on maintenance.
Technical Hotline Support
All questions ranging from installation to interpreting analysis results will be answered by our highly qualified technical support team. Hotline support is available via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
